Technical Manager

About The Role

This role is for a Lead Full-Stack Developer, responsible for both hands-on development (60%) and team leadership/mentorship (40%). The position requires expertise in full-stack web development, particularly with Node.js, SQL, AngularJS, and ReactJS. The individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing web-based applications and internal business systems while ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack, web-based applications and tool-chains.
• Spend 60% of your time coding and contributing to development tasks, and 40% leading and mentoring the team.
• Architect, develop, and optimize internal and external business systems, interfaces, and databases, with a focus on Node.js and SQL as the primary tech stack.
• Translate business and functional requirements into comprehensive technical specifications.
• Develop new functionality with code and automated unit tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to team and industry standards, providing constructive feedback.
• Facilitate technical reviews, communicating design and functionality effectively across teams.
• Drive innovation while ensuring security and data protection in applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in full-stack development (UI and backend).
• Proficient in JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of databases, especially SQL, including database design and optimization.
• Experience with web and mobile server-side technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, Query).
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and application lifecycle management.
• Proficient in object-oriented analysis and design across multiple programming languages.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and data protection principles.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with business partners and technical teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
