Key Responsibilities:-

Manage and resolve user tickets related to banking applications within defined SLAs.
Provide
technical support
for deposit, loan, and clearing modules.
Execute SQL queries (SELECT and UPDATE) for troubleshooting and analysis.
Track issues using a ticketing tool, ensuring prompt closure and SLA adherence.
Collaborate with IT teams and business users to deliver effective solutions.
Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing.

Must-Have Skills:-

Experience in
banking support
with deposits, loans, and clearing.
Proficiency in
ticketing tools
and
SLA compliance
.
Basic SQL skills for query handling.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills:-

Exposure to
Core Banking Systems (CBS)
.
Prior experience as a
Technical Support Engineer
in financial domains.

Education:-

Only B.E/B.Tech graduates are eligible.
