Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and allied health staff. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to source and place qualified candidates in various healthcare settings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing:

    Utilize a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to attract and source top healthcare talent.
  • Screening and Interviewing:

    Conduct initial screenings, in-depth interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Relationship Building:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and aligning them with available opportunities.
  • Client Collaboration:

    Work closely with healthcare facilities and clients to understand their staffing needs, culture, and requirements for each position.
  • Job Posting and Advertising:

    Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Placement:

    Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding processes.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
  • Data Management:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, job orders, and placements using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Market Research:

    Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to provide clients with strategic recruitment advice.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    Minimum of [3] years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related roles.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
