Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team in Hitech City, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals such as RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff for domestic or international assignments. This is an onsite role requiring excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (RN, LPN, CNA, QMA, etc.) through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and interest Coordinate candidate submissions, RTRs, and compliance documents with internal teams or clients Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and priority roles Track and manage candidate pipelines and update ATS or recruitment tracker regularly Stay up to date with market trends, licensing requirements, and healthcare staffing best practices Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1–5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (US staffing experience is a plus) Familiarity with healthcare roles and certifications (e.g., RN, LPN, CNA, QMA) Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using MS Office, email, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements simultaneously High level of professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with US Healthcare Staffing or Travel Nursing Understanding of compliance and credentialing requirements Familiarity with VMS systems and client portals (e.g., ShiftWise, Aya, AMN) This Requirement is for our client company, GeniePro Technologies Inc.
