About the Role:

US Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals (RN, Allied Healthcare, Clinical, Non-clinical, etc.) for clients in the US.
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking to attract talent.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
Negotiate pay rates and ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies.
Maintain candidate pipeline, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensure high offer-to-joining ratios.
Provide regular reports and updates to the hiring manager/team lead.
