As a highly motivated and detail-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter at our MNC client in Pune, your role involves sourcing profiles from various job portals, aligning interviews with points of contact, and understanding healthcare requirements for roles such as doctors, nurses, and other positions. Your responsibilities will also include screening profiles based on job descriptions, submitting relevant profiles to clients, conducting cold calls, and maintaining a candidate database. Your ability to create Boolean search strings, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be essential for this role. Additionally, being a team player, disciplined, punctual, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment will contribute to your success.
