Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:


• This person will be working on end-to-end recruitment.

• Create and implement a recruitment strategy.

• Source, attract, and screening candidates based on a well-detailed strategy.

• Collaborate with staff members or clients to understand what is required for specific technical roles.

• Should have knowledge about ATS and VMS.

• Worked on MSP’s Requirement.

• Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods

• Create a shortlist of candidates.

• Pipelining candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.

• Full Life cycle recruiting of technical professionals for contract, full-time and direct Hire roles.

• Utilizing Job Board and creative sourcing techniques to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in healthcare section


What are we looking for:

• Minimum 1 Year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment

• Should have experience working on Requisitions like- CRNA, RN, LPN, Travel nurse, etc

• Proficiency with LinkedIn recruiter and Bullhorn
