Healthcare Recruiter

As a Recruitment Specialist at our company, your role involves proactively sourcing, recruiting, engaging, and maintaining a strong candidate funnel for assigned requirements from US Healthcare clients. You will ensure efficient utilization of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and its features to optimize recruitment outcomes. Utilizing various sources such as social media, online tools, industry relationships, and community involvement, you will identify the best talent for our clients. Additionally, you will manage the interview process to ensure a great candidate experience from the first interview to the final closure. Working closely with Leads and Managers, you will strive to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. Your qualifications for this role include having 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within an agency, particularly for healthcare clients with a focus on nursing hiring. You should have experience in hiring candidates for both full-time and contract positions. A thorough understanding of US labor and visa regulations is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to think creatively and proactively solve problems. A positive attitude and a can-do approach are also key attributes that we are looking for in a candidate.,
