Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, recruit, engage and maintain a strong candidate funnel for assigned requirements from US Healthcare clients.

• Ensure efficient utilization of applicant tracking system (ATS) and features to optimize recruitment outcomes.

• Using social media, multiple network sources, online tools, industry relationships, and community involvement to identify best talent for clients.

• Manage interview process, ensuring great candidate experience, from the first interview till the final closure.

• Work closely with Leads & Managers & achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly nos.

Qualifications

• 1 – 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in agency for healthcare clients, especially nursing hiring.

• Experience hiring candidates on full time and contract both.

• Excellent knowledge of US labour and visa regulations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication.

• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.

• A positive, “can do” attitude.
