Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in bulk hiring, The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for high-volume positions across various roles. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about recruitment and working in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Bulk Hiring: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring like Nurses, care takers, doctors and other clinical roles. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and job fit. Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews with the respective hiring managers. Conduct initial assessments and behavioral interviews to determine cultural and role fit. Coordination with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with department heads to understand specific recruitment needs, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and job requirements. Provide regular updates to managers regarding the status of the recruitment process. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in bulk recruitment, specifically in BPO, healthcare, or sales sectors. Proven track record of successful hiring for high-volume roles.
