Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in doctor, nursing & paramedical hiring.
  • Implement the entire recruitment process, which includes shortlisting applications, conducting interviews at the initial level and coordinating interviews for final selection. The process also includes dealing with various types of recruitment sources such as Job Portals, Placement Agencies and Newspapers.
  • Keeping contingency provisions to meet/fill-positions due to sudden employee separation
  • Maintenance of all related records
  • Preparing and issuing a letter of intent, and getting the pre-employment medical check-up done for the prospective employee
  • Coordinating with the Bank for the opening of the Bank Account of the new joinee

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate must have worked with a multi-specialty hospital setup

- Good communication & convincing skills

- Zeal towards employee engagement activities will be an added advantage
