Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment against job descriptions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or related field with expertise in BPO hiring, bulk hiring, lateral hiring, medical coding hiring, recruitment, talent acquisition.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution; Any specialization preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end TA processes for large-scale projects.
