We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified nursing professionals. The role requires hands-on experience in identifying solid nursing talent through various channels, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist nursing candidates for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and databases to attract top talent.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare recruitment standards and requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably focused on nursing profiles.
• Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of niche platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time
