Healthcare Recruiter

You will be joining Brocussolutions, a leading BPO services provider in Navi Mumbai, specializing in administrative back-office functions for major companies. Your role as a Healthcare Recruiter will involve managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring top-notch customer service through extensive communication with candidates and coordinating with various departments to understand their staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, strong skills in Hiring and Candidate Screening, excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience in the healthcare industry and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be advantageous. This is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai with a shift from 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday. Freshers are welcome to apply, but 1 year or more of recruiting experience is preferred. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, be willing to work in the US time zone, be a quick learner with a positive attitude, and demonstrate great communication skills and eagerness to grow.
