Job Description

Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter – U.S. RN Staffing (India Team

)

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) and allied healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Coordinate interviews, credentialing, and onboarding processes in collaboration with hiring managers and compliance teams.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports for internal tracking.
Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, staffing regulations, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, with a focus on RNs or clinical staff.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
