Role Overview: As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter at AHC, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process. Your main duties will include developing strategies for sourcing healthcare candidates, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and delivering high-quality candidates efficiently will also be a key part of your role. This is a full-time position located in Durgapur, with the flexibility of some work from home.
