The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, developing strategies for sourcing healthcare candidates, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and delivering high-quality candidates to fill positions efficiently. This is a hybrid role, located in Durgapur, with some work from home flexibility.
