This is a full-time role for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter at AHC. As the Senior Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process. Your key tasks will include developing strategies for sourcing healthcare candidates, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates to fill positions efficiently. This hybrid role is located in Durgapur and offers some work from home flexibility. To excel in this role, you should have strong experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills are essential for effectively engaging with candidates and clients. Your Hiring and talent acquisition skills will be crucial in identifying and attracting top healthcare professionals. The ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment is necessary. Strong organizational and time management skills will aid you in managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously. A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required. Previous experience in a senior recruiting role is preferred.,
