Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter & Business Development professional located in Durgapur. The Recruiter & Business Development professional will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing candidates to closing hires. Daily tasks include communicating with potential candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and managing hiring and training processes. Additionally, the role involves developing business strategies to improve recruitment practices and drive company growth.
