Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter, located in Dehradun. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Key day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The recruiter will also engage in relationship-building with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements. Qualifications Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting (6+ Months) Strong Hiring and Communication skills Exceptional Customer Service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on-site in Dehradun Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
