Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

This person will be working on end-to-end recruitment.
Create and implement a recruitment strategy.
Source, attract, and screening candidates based on a well-detailed strategy.
Collaborate with staff members or clients to understand what is required for specific technical roles.
Should have knowledge about ATS and VMS.
Worked on MSPs Requirement.
Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods
Create a shortlist of candidates.
Pipelining candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
Full Life cycle recruiting of technical professionals for contract, full-time and direct Hire roles.
Utilizing Job Board and creative sourcing techniques to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in healthcare section

What are we looking for:

Minimum 1 Year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
Should have experience working on Requisitions like- CRNA, RN, LPN, Travel nurse, etc
Proficiency with LinkedIn recruiter and Bullhorn
