About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Data Analyst to train and prepare candidates for competitive technical interviews in analytics and data science. This is an on-site role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat , with a shift timing of 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST to align with global client schedules. Your role will involve helping candidates understand and present their project experience, coaching them through analytical assessments, and conducting live interview simulations to ensure success. You’ll be responsible for guiding candidates in data analysis best practices, documentation, visualization storytelling, and tailored interview preparation. Strong communication, mentoring skills, and data analytics expertise are essential. Responsibilities Project Understanding & Preparation Analyze and document candidates’ data-related projects thoroughly Conduct discovery calls to assess technical and analytical understanding Create concise, story-based breakdowns of data workflows and methodologies Prepare candidates for confident, structured project walkthroughs Interview Preparation Conduct analytics-focused Q&A coaching and pre-interview readiness sessions Share customized interview strategies and data project documentation Assist during mock interviews with real-time analytical guidance Maintain up-to-date question banks and relevant project insights Technical Coaching & Assessment Guidance Explain statistical concepts, data wrangling techniques, and real-world analytics applications Prepare problem-solving exercises with model solutions Teach data interpretation, visualization best practices, and business storytelling techniques Emphasize practical, scenario-based analytical reasoning Post-Session Follow-up Provide structured, actionable feedback after each session Log session outcomes and track candidate progress in detail Flag skill gaps and ensure all coaching activities are documented properly Operational Requirements Maintain quick response times and session readiness Manage calendar scheduling and session invites Use collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, Google Docs, and data visualization platforms effectively Follow clear documentation and preparation protocols Qualifications Hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, etc.) Good understanding of statistics, data modeling, and business analytics Strong verbal communication and mentoring abilities Capable of simplifying complex data insights into clear business-ready narratives Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups Prior experience in interview coaching is a plus (not mandatory) Required Skills Data analytics and visualization expertise Technical coaching experience Strong communication skills Preferred Skills Experience in interview coaching Familiarity with multiple analytics tools and programming languages Pay Range and Compensation Package Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month CTC Location: On-site – Ahmedabad, Gujarat Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals for our US clients, ensuring timely and quality hires. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals (RN, Allied Healthcare, Clinical, Non-clinical, etc.) for clients in the US. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking to attract talent. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups. Negotiate pay rates and ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies. Maintain candidate pipeline, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensure high offer-to-joining ratios. Provide regular reports and updates to the hiring manager/team lead.
