Job Description

As a hybrid role based in Koregaon Park, Pune, you will be responsible for recruiting from Recruiter to Lead Recruiter level in the Healthcare sector. Your main tasks will involve sourcing and screening resumes for positions such as Registered Nurse, Licensed Practitioner Nurse, Medical Assistant, Physician, and more. Understanding job profiles and coordinating interviews with clients will be crucial in this role. Your daily activities will include making calls to candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You should possess expert-level experience in recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and experience with Job Diva will be advantageous for this position. An important goal for you will be to achieve a high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements. This will require a deep understanding of client requirements and the ability to identify suitable candidates. Building and nurturing strong relationships with candidates and the hiring team will be key to your success. Please note that the role may involve working in the Night Shift EST Shift, so flexibility with working hours is necessary to excel in this position.,
