Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified Doctors, Specialists, and Consultants through various channels such as job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen and assess candidates credentials, experience, and licensing eligibility based on client and country-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.
  • Manage and update candidate records and recruitment data in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with documentation, licensing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Stay updated on licensing procedures (e.g., DHA, MOH, HAAD, OMSB, NHRA, GMC, etc.) and assist candidates with guidance as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure recruitment targets are met within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of recruitment experience; preference for candidates with experience in

    doctor/medical specialist recruitment

    .
  • Familiarity with healthcare licensing and credentialing processes (India and overseas).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience using ATS/CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting doctors for international placements (UK, Ireland, Middle East, or other global locations).
  • Knowledge of medical licensing boards, dataflow verification, and credentialing systems.
