Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent for healthcare positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and placements.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and market dynamics.
