Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent for healthcare positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and placements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms.
