Job Description

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years (with proven stability)

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for Allied Health, Nursing, and Travel Nurse roles. Sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals. Building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Managing multiple requisitions with a focus on quality and speed. Staying up-to-date with US healthcare recruitment trends and compliance.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (especially allied, nursing, and travel nurse roles). Strong understanding of the US healthcare system and licensing requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing abilities via job boards, social media, and other platforms. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
