Job Description

Build and manage a portfolio of
High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients
with a focus on
real estate investment opportunities.

Develop and execute strategies to
market and sell luxury real estate
projects to discerning clients.
Liaise with developers, investors, and wealth management partners for collaboration and exclusive deals.
Provide
end-to-end advisory
from opportunity identification to transaction closure.
Stay updated on
market trends, property valuations, and investment movements
across luxury and commercial assets.
Represent the organization at
elite networking events, investor meets, and private showcases
.

Desired Candidate Profile:

10+ years of proven experience
in
Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
Strong network and personal relationships with
HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and NRI investors
.
In-depth understanding of the expat investor ecosystem.
Excellent understanding of
real estate as an investment class
,
especially in luxury and high-value projects.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working with high-value clients and transactions.
