Head- Operations & Process Excellence

As the Head of Operations & Process Excellence, your role will be pivotal in leading the scaling of our tech-driven digital lending platform with operational efficiency. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of platform operations and driving participant onboarding efficiency for a seamless process. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end NACH settlement process in line with regulatory guidelines, publishing relevant MIS regularly, and handling customer servicing and grievance redressal. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end operational efficiency to ensure smooth platform operations. - Drive participant onboarding efficiency and overall process adherence. - Ensure NACH settlement process is compliant with regulatory guidelines. - Publish data reporting and relevant MIS regularly. - Handle customer servicing & grievance redressal within TAT. - Drive project implementation for process streamlining and automation. - Build and implement SOPs to optimize workflows and scalability. - Lead the operations team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Ensure operational processes comply with regulatory requirements and manage risk mitigation. - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales & tech to align operational strategies with business goals. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech background with 10-15 years of experience in large-scale operations. - Experience in fintech industry/digital lending expertise/Supply chain business/B2B lending preferred. - Ability to track digital trends and identify futuristic enablers for adoption. - Strong leadership and people management skills.
