Job Description

Position: Head – Talent Acquisition & People Strategy Location: Noida | On-site | Weekends Off | Full-time We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to drive our people agenda across talent acquisition, engagement, development, and operations. This role plays a critical part in shaping organizational culture and building a high-performing, future-ready workforce. The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and deliver a meaningful employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies including workforce planning and succession Lead senior leadership hiring aligned with business values and priorities Use diverse sourcing methods to build robust talent pipelines Continuously improve hiring processes to ensure efficiency and inclusivity People Engagement & Change Lead and support HRBPs in driving engagement and retention initiatives Monitor attrition and implement data-driven retention strategies Champion organizational change and employee experience aligned with company culture Scale HR processes with business growth Talent Development Drive performance management and high-potential development programs Identify and develop leadership pipelines in collaboration with business leaders People Operations & Compliance Oversee HR operations including onboarding, audits, benefits, and policy management Ensure full compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, POSH, Maternity, etc.) Benchmark, review, and enhance policies and employee benefits Ensure all audit requirements and recommendations are implemented Required Qualifications: MBA in HR/Operations with 15–18 years of HR experience in IT services/product organizations Deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement Strong ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills Proven track record of driving people strategy in fast-paced, evolving environments Show more Show less
