About the Company:

We are hiring on behalf of our Client, a leading Domestic Hotel Brand with a strong presence across India. With a diverse portfolio of managed and owned hotels, the organization is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and compliance across all its properties.


lead the Organisation’s Safety, Security, and Compliance initiatives across properties in India


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety and security strategies across all hotel properties.
  • Align all safety protocols with organizational goals and local regulations.

Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety and security regulations.
  • Conduct periodic audits and inspections across properties.

CCTV & Surveillance

  • Oversee installation, monitoring, and management of CCTV and surveillance systems.
  • Establish SOPs for monitoring and incident response.

Staff, Guest & Material Movement

  • Manage secure processes for the movement of employees, VIP guests, and vendors.
  • Ensure effective access control, visitor management, and tracking of materials.

Incident & Crisis Management

  • Lead investigations into incidents and recommend preventive actions.
  • Develop and implement crisis management plans, fire safety drills, and emergency procedures.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, Engineering, and other teams for comprehensive safety practices.

Training & Development

  • Conduct training programs and safety drills on emergency response, fire safety, and personal safety.
  • Build awareness of safety and security best practices across teams.

Reporting

  • Provide regular updates, reports, and analytics to leadership.
  • Recommend improvements based on incident trends and patterns.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate degree preferred; certifications in

    Security Management, Risk Assessment, or Occupational Safety

    are an advantage.
  • 12–15 years of experience in Safety & Security, with at least 5 years in a Area / Regional/Corporate role in the Hospitality sector.

  • Proven

    multi-location security management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and hospitality safety standards.
  • Proficiency with CCTV, surveillance systems, and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and crisis management skills.


Work Environment & Travel:

  • Regular travel across properties in India.
  • May require extended hours during emergencies or audits.


Compensation:

Up to ₹30 LPA (negotiable based on experience).
