Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Hotel Sahara Star in Mumbai. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and motivating the sales team, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business goals and managing the sales budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
• Client relationship management experience
• Proficiency in sales and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
