Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Mumbai. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage services, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, managing budgets, and leading a team of staff. The role involves coordinating with the culinary team to develop menus, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining inventory levels, and handling guest feedback to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in food and beverage management, menu development, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle guest feedback professionally
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software and other relevant technology
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is a plus
