- Checking the quality, Quantity, Temperature of the Food before serving to the Guests or Clients.
- Preserving the foods with proper temperature.
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Represent needs of the team.
- Ensure compliance of brand standards.
- Be environmentally aware.
- Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members.
- Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations.
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
- Should have experience in F&B Department
- The candidates who are presently holding supervisory positions atleast for 6months and above in any reputed MNC or completed EDP course from a MNC hotel chain.
- Corporate work experience will be a preferred
- Should have depth knowledge of basic F&B hygiene / safety, strong customer experience, problem analysis and critical thinking.
- Good Communication Skills.
