Food And Beverage Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Menu Planning and Development

  : Collaborate with chefs to design menus that cater to customer preferences and seasonal trends, ensuring quality and profitability.

• Staff Management and Training

  : Recruit, train, and supervise staff to uphold service standards, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training.

• Customer Service and Satisfaction

  : Respond to customer complaints, manage special requests, and maintain high-quality food and service.

• Inventory and Cost Control

  : Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and implement cost-control measures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

• Health and Safety Compliance

  : Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Financial Management

  : Manage budgets, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.

• Marketing and Promotion

  : Collaborate with marketing teams to promote food and beverage offerings, drive brand awareness, and customer engagement.

• Quality Control

  : Conduct regular quality checks to ensure exceptional food standards and presentation.
