Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the operations of multiple food outlets, restaurants, and kiosks within Chennai, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, adherence to food quality and hygiene standards, manpower efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations of multiple

  restaurants, kiosks, and food outlets

• Ensure all outlets meet

  sales targets

  , maintain cost control, and deliver high-quality food and service.
• Handle

  manpower planning

  , staff deployment, training, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain strict

  food safety and hygiene standards

  across all outlets.
• Conduct

  quality checks

  for consistency in food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Monitor

  inventory, procurement, and wastage control

  for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with kitchen teams for

  menu planning and product development

  .
• Build and maintain strong

  customer relationships

  and handle customer feedback proactively.
• Ensure compliance with company

  SOPs, statutory, and safety regulations

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in F&B operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in

  Hotel Management / Food Technology / Business Administration

  or related field.

• 5 to 8 years

  of experience in managing multi-outlet food operations or restaurant chains.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent understanding of

  F&B operations, food quality, and hygiene protocols

  .
• Good communication and

  customer service orientation

  .
• Proficient in

  inventory management, cost control, and vendor coordination

  .
• Flexible to travel across outlets within Chennai.
