F&B Outlet Management:

  • Supervise overall functioning of restaurants, food courts, kiosks, and all F&B outlets within the park, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with SOPs.
  • Ensure all outlets deliver high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Drive daily briefings, allocate resources, and authorize shift rosters to maintain sufficient staffing.

Operations & Inventory Control:

  • Monitor and record inventory for raw materials, perishables, and disposables across outlets.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and replenishment.
  • Minimize wastage and optimize usage by implementing strict control measures.

Sales, Revenue, and Target Achievement:

  • Track hourly/daily sales, analyze trends, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Generate and present periodic outlet performance reports to management.
  • Support up-selling initiatives, F&B package promotions, and special park events.

Guest Relations & Service Quality:

  • Address guest queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to achieve positive visitor experiences.
  • Organize training sessions for staff on guest service, hygiene, handling complaints, and product knowledge.

Compliance, Audit, and Reporting:

  • Enforce compliance with food safety, FSSAI, departmental audits, and financial procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation for vendor contracts, inventory movements, and financial reconciliations.
  • Report discrepancies or unusual incidents to higher management immediately.

Staff Management & Training:

  • Supervise recruitment, induction, training, and scheduling of F&B teams.
  • Motivate staff, conduct performance reviews, and take part in disciplinary actions as required.

Cash, Billing & POS Handling:

  • Oversee cash and digital transaction processes across all F&B units, validating proper use of POS systems.
  • Audit billing and cash reconciliation records, resolving discrepancies proactively.

Event & Promotion Support:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute F&B components for group bookings, birthday parties, and special park events.
  • Implement promotional activities and monitor their effectiveness.

General Expectations:

  • Maintain discipline, grooming, and a professional work environment at all times.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and on rotational shifts as per park requirements.

Requirements

  • Multi-outlet F&B management experience.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety standards and statutory compliances.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership qualities.
  • High integrity, discipline, and service orientation.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil.
  • Knowledge of Tamil cuisine
