Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our revenue growth strategy. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility. This position would be based out of South India. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.Revenue Growth: Own sales targets and drive revenue growth through direct sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.Market Expansion: Identify new markets, customer segments, and industry opportunities.Brand Development: Oversee brand positioning, product marketing, and content strategy.Customer Engagement: Establish strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to optimize sales performance and marketing ROI.Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with product development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.8+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of driving revenue growth in technology preferably industrial automation sectors.Strong understanding of Machine Vision, Industrial Automation, and AI technologies.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
