Head of Sales and Marketing

As the Head of Sales and Marketing at a highly innovative Machine Vision startup in South India, your role will involve developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. - Own sales targets and drive revenue growth through direct sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances. - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team. - Identify new markets, customer segments, and industry opportunities for market expansion. - Oversee brand positioning, product marketing, and content strategy for brand development. - Establish strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders for effective customer engagement. - Leverage analytics to optimize sales performance and marketing ROI for data-driven decisions. - Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with product development. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred. - 8+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth in technology, preferably industrial automation sectors. - Strong understanding of Machine Vision, Industrial Automation, and AI technologies. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.,
