Head of Sales

As a Sales Manager in our company, your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that are aligned with the company's objectives and market demands. You will provide mentorship, coaching, and ongoing training to the sales team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Monitoring, analyzing, and tracking sales performance metrics will be crucial, as you create reports and provide actionable insights to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing multiple verticals within the sales team, overseeing relationships and strategies catering to Investors, NRIs, HNIs, and UHNIs.
