Job Title: #Technical Production Head Solar Panel Assembly Plant

Key Responsibilities:

Plant Operations & Production

• • Lead and manage the entire solar module production line from pre-lamination (stringing, bussing) to post-lamination (framing, testing, sorting).
• • Ensure targeted throughput, quality yield, and timely dispatch of modules in coordination with planning teams.
• • Drive OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement and minimize line downtime.

Technical Supervision

• • Oversee setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of machines (Jinchen, ATW stringers, EL/IV testers, laminators).
• • Validate integration of G12/M10

  TopCon

  module assembly lines and future upgrades.
• • Liaise with OEM technology partners to align process standards.

Process Excellence

• • Establish process flow charts, SOPs, and quality inspection checkpoints.
• • Improve yield, reduce defects, and achieve consistent module performance (Watt-wise).
• • Monitor lamination parameters, EL/IV results, and corrective action protocols.

Team Leadership

• • Build and manage a technical team of engineers, supervisors, and operators across shifts.
• • Train staff in safe machine handling, module quality awareness, and productivity KPIs.
• • Cultivate a culture of discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Compliance & Certifications

• • Ensure adherence to ISO, BIS, and IEC standards for module manufacturing.
• • Interface with certification bodies and customer audit teams.
• • Support BIS documentation, production trials, and plant audit readiness.

• Candidate Profile: • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering
