About the Role:

We're building India's most unique life skills program for school kids — combining competitive games + physical gamification. We're seeking a Head of Product who can oversee the end-to-end execution of PIL Clubs across schools. You’ll juggle ops, strategy, gamified delivery, brand partnerships, and impact measurement — all in one seat.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead PIL Clubs execution in schools across Hyderabad
• Coordinate weekly sessions, Redemption Days, and school relationships
• Build processes to scale content, trainers, and impact
• Work with interns, content creators, and brand partners
• Analyze feedback and optimize club design weekly
• Be the brain, heart, and hustle of the PIL Club rollout

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in edtech/startups/ops/program management
• You love kids, gaming, and organized chaos
• You’re not scared to get your hands dirty
• You’re curious, proactive, and solution-oriented
• You’re okay working from our office and occasionally on-ground in schools

Compensation & Culture

We’re a very early-stage startup, which means we're scrappy, ambitious, and building something from the ground up.

• Base Salary:

  ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (we’re transparent: this is what we can afford right now)

• ESOPs:

  You’ll receive stock options — we want you to own what you build

• Growth:

  As we raise our next round, we’re committed to increasing compensation for core team members

in-office role based in Hyderabad
