📍 Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid model) 4 days work from office, 2 days WFH. 

📅 Duration: 6 months (1st month unpaid), with a full-time opportunity post-internship

What You’ll Do

As an EIR, you’ll work directly with the founder and core team to:

Drive execution across new product launches (e.g., Mystery Box, PIL Clubs, Large Scale Esports Events)

Work on partnerships, content drops, and creator collaborations

Lead internal sprints and take ownership of rapid experiments

Support strategic decision-making, ops planning, and cross-functional project execution

Step into any fire that needs to be put out — from logistics to marketing

This is a founder-shadowing role that throws you into the chaos and creativity of building a startup from scratch.

Who You Are

1+ years of experience

own and execute projects end-to-end

ambiguous, high-speed environments

Excellent at communication, ownership, and figuring things out independently

Graduation from any degree or university

gaming, youth culture, creators, or building something from scratch

Bonus if you’ve worked with schools, creators, gaming brands, or on campus/community activations
