From physical-digital collectibles to esports clubs in schools — we’re building India’s most exciting gaming ecosystem. www.pilgaming.com What You’ll Do As an EIR, you’ll work directly with the founder and core team to: Drive execution across new product launches (e.g., Mystery Box, PIL Clubs, Large Scale Esports Events) Work on partnerships, content drops, and creator collaborations Lead internal sprints and take ownership of rapid experiments Support strategic decision-making, ops planning, and cross-functional project execution Step into any fire that needs to be put out — from logistics to marketing This is a founder-shadowing role that throws you into the chaos and creativity of building a startup from scratch. Who You Are 1+ years of experience in startups, product, design, creator economy, event management, or growth Proven ability to own and execute projects end-to-end (e.g., launched a startup, built a product, ran a campaign) Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-speed environments Excellent at communication, ownership, and figuring things out independently Graduation from any degree or university Passion for gaming, youth culture, creators, or building something from scratch Bonus if you’ve worked with schools, creators, gaming brands, or on campus/community activations Perks Paid opportunity after 1st month Metro card provided for daily commute Founder's mentorship + High-impact work Full-time offer opportunity post 6 months Work with a core team to build India's next big gaming brand Commitment 6-month program 4 days in-office (Hyderabad) 1st month unpaid (trial period + probation) Full-time offer available post-program based on performance Ready to co-build a movement with us?
