Entrepreneur in Residence

Established entrepreneur is looking for a passionate partner to come in as a co-founder to lead a new edtech venture. The co-founder will be responsible to start & scale this early stage ed tech startup along with the founder. S/he would further be required to drive partnerships & collaborations with educational institutes and manage daily operations

Work directly with Rayan Malhotra — Founder of NeoFinity, fintech entrepreneur, AI educator & influencer with 200K+ community — to build and scale new business initiatives from 0 → 1.

This role is suited for someone who wants to operate like a founder: high-speed execution, ownership, experimentation, business building & revenue generation.

What you will do:

• Build & scale new revenue verticals from scratch
• Create and implement GTM strategies
• Lead client acquisition, outreach & closure
• Build partnerships and manage business relationships
• Work across content, marketing, growth & operations
• Solve problems end-to-end without dependency
• Drive experiments to find product–market fit
• Manage small teams or interns as needed
