Education / Certifications

CA / MBA (Operations, Project Management) or equivalent
PMP / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred

Experience

8–10 years leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams in SaaS / IT consulting
Proven record managing 50‑100 FTE portfolio with on-time delivery >95 %
Hands-on exposure to Zoho ecosystem & cloud transformation projects

Core Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project governance, resource allocation & risk registers
Establish & refine SOPs for implementation, support & change control
Drive weekly cadence reviews, burn‑down charts, and executive dashboards
Champion continuous improvement, automation & cost optimisation initiatives
Mentor project managers and align cross-functional teams to OKRs
