BE / BTech / CA / MBA (Systems, IT)
CBAP / AAC or similar certification an advantage

Experience

4–6 years eliciting requirements for ERP / CRM implementations
Expertise crafting BRD, SRS, user stories & acceptance criteria
Demonstrated PoC building in Zoho Creator / Deluge

Core Responsibilities

Conduct discovery workshops, gap analysis & process mapping
Translate business needs into functional specs & wireframes
Build rapid prototypes / PoCs to validate solution approach
Liaise between clients, solution architects & dev teams
Support UAT, training collateral & change‑management plans
