Head of Operations

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Head of Operations to take charge of all core operational functions at Finquo Versity. This leadership role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth daily operations, and driving growth through effective coordination and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all day-to-day operational activities across departments. Lead and mentor the client support team , ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. Take ownership of the onboarding process for app instructors , from recruitment to training. Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, external partners, and service providers . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and implementation of best practices. Implement and monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement. Maintain efficient cross-functional coordination with product, digital/content, sales, and tech teams. Ensure operational alignment with the companys goals, vision, and compliance standards. Communicate fluently in both English and Malayalam for internal and external coordination. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. 10+ years of overall professional experience in operations or management roles. Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-learning/ed-tech industry . Proven leadership experience in handling teams and managing large-scale operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Malayalam . Hands-on experience with vendor/partner management and instructor onboarding. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and drive operational excellence. Experience in finance or financial education sector is an added advantage. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
