Role Description
We are seeking a highly energetic, skilled & experienced professional to join us as the Head of Operations. The Head of Operations will be the owner of the entire Operations department, with end-to-end responsibility for last mile operations, inventory orchestration, darkstore operations, network design, processes, procedures & planning. He will also play a key role leading expansion plans of the organization, related technological advancements & launch of new disruptive products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead country wide operations to enable customers with 60-min delivery
- Must have solid business judgment, effectively communicate team goals, and drive a fast paced organization to deliver results with a focused and pragmatic approach to the business.
- Drive operational excellence across processes & procedures to deliver high quality results in terms of customer satisfaction metrics & minimisation of errors
- Design optimized 60-min delivery network in order to further reduce delivery timelines & increase efficiency of the network
- Build zero defect & scalable processes to expand the value proposition to more than 25 cities in the country
- Work with cross functional team to drive innovation & continuous improvements in the technology & algorithms used by the operations team on a day-to-day basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate from top tier college & 8+ years of experience in operations
- Passion to build highly scalable operations designed to cater the future needs of the consumers
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in business modeling, forecasting & planning
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
