Role Overview: As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of all marketing, branding, and communications initiatives across domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and sustainability vision. - Strengthen brand identity across all customer touchpoints, including digital, print, and trade channels. - Oversee go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, technological innovations, and market trends. - Drive marketing efforts in global markets, coordinating with sales, export, and regional teams to increase brand visibility and penetration. - Champion digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media, performance marketing, and content marketing to build a digital-first ecosystem. - Design campaigns and strategies focused on farmers, industries, and utilities to educate, engage, and retain customers. - Utilize market research, competitor analysis, and data analytics to guide marketing strategies and optimize ROI. - Mentor and manage the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
