Head of Marketing

As the Marketing Head, you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic planning and execution of all marketing, branding, and communications initiatives across both domestic and international markets. Your responsibilities will be crucial in shaping our brand presence, driving demand generation, expanding market share, and reinforcing our leadership in energy-efficient and solar pumping solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and sustainability vision. - Brand Management: Strengthen the brand identity across various customer touchpoints, encompassing digital, print, and trade channels. - Product Marketing: Oversee the go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, technological innovations, and market trends. - International Market Development: Drive marketing efforts in global markets by collaborating with sales, export, and regional teams to enhance brand visibility and penetration. - Digital Transformation: Spearhead digital marketing efforts, encompassing SEO/SEM, social media, performance marketing, and content marketing to establish a digital-first ecosystem. - Customer Engagement: Design campaigns and strategies tailored to farmers, industries, and utilities to educate, engage, and retain customers. - Analytics & Insights: Utilize market research, competitor analysis, and data analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize ROI. - Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence. This role is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and requires at least 12 years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in the manufacturing, energy, or engineering sectors.
