Head of Marketing

As a Brand Manager with MetaMorph, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand strategy and vision for our client, an Indian fashion brand specializing in ethnic and Indo-Western apparel for women. Your responsibilities will include developing brand guidelines, setting style guides, and defining the brand's value proposition for both short-term and long-term success. You will be responsible for planning and executing all communication and media activities across various channels, including online, offline, and social media platforms. This will involve collaborating closely with the company's creative agency to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity. In addition, you will oversee campaign shoots, catalogue shoots, celebrity management, website, and app management, vendor coordination, social media content creation, CRM activities, inventory planning, store operations, and partner management. Your role will require a high level of creativity, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking to drive brand growth and engagement. To qualify for this role, you should ideally have a Master's degree in Branding, Marketing, Communication, or Business and Media, along with 5-10 years of experience in brand management or marketing. Experience in e-commerce and a track record of working cross-functionally are highly desirable.
